Shipping policy

shathabdhiorganics (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website shathabdhiorganics.com (“Website”).
By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms exist to ensure both parties understand and agree to the arrangements that protect us mutually and set clear expectations.

1. General 

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase.

If this happens, we will:

  • Fulfill the available products in your order, and
  • Contact you to ask whether you prefer to:
    • wait for the out‑of‑stock item to be restocked, or
    • receive a refund for that item.

2. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
Shipping charges are collected together with the purchase at checkout.

Order value & delivery charges
– Minimum order value: ₹2,000
– Orders below ₹2,000: delivery charge ₹200 (within Hyderabad)
– Orders above ₹2,000: Free shipping

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping price you pay as a customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns due to change of mind 

shathabdhiorganics will accept returns due to change of mind provided that:

  • You request a return within 10 days of receiving the item, and
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping in this case:

  • Is paid by the customer, and
  • Must be arranged by the customer with their chosen courier.

Once the returned items are received and accepted:

  • Refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase.
  • We will notify you by email once your store credit has been issued.

We will refund the value of the goods returned, but we will not refund any shipping charges paid on the original order.

3.2 Warranty returns 

shathabdhiorganics will honor valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receiving the items.

For warranty returns:

  • Customers are required to pre‑pay the return shipping.
  • We will reimburse the return shipping cost upon successful warranty claim.

Once we receive the items for a warranty claim, you can expect shathabdhiorganics to process the claim within 7 days.

When a warranty claim is approved, you will be offered one of the following options:

  • (a) A refund to your original payment method, or
  • (b) A refund as store credit, or
  • (c) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

4. Delivery Terms 

4.1 Transit time – domestic 

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2–7 days.

4.2 Dispatch time 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we take steps to keep shipment delays to a minimum.

4.3 Change of delivery address 

If you need to change the delivery address, we can do so any time before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order is dispatched, the address usually cannot be changed.

4.4 P.O. Box shipping 

shathabdhiorganics ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.
We are unable to offer courier services to P.O. Box locations.

4.5 Military address shipping 

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS.
We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.6 Items out of stock 

If an item is out of stock:

  • We will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order.
  • Existing items in the order will be reserved for you while we wait.

4.7 Delivery time exceeded 

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time frame, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with the shipping provider.

5. Tracking Notifications 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email (and/or SMS, where available).
Using this link, you can follow the progress of your shipment using the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If your parcel appears damaged in transit, and you are present at delivery:

  • Please reject the parcel from the courier if possible, and
  • Contact our customer service team immediately.

If the parcel has been delivered in your absence and you discover damage later, please contact our customer service for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes 

7.1 Sales tax 

Sales tax (if applicable) has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

8. Cancellations 

If you change your mind before you have received your order:

  • We can accept a cancellation any time before the order has been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.

9. Insurance 

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Parcels damaged in transit 

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the damage.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
