Refund policy

You may request a return of your order within 10 days from the date you receive the goods, or from the date a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered goods.

To start a return, please contact us by email at support@shathabdhiorganics.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund. We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the goods back. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For your goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 10 days.

  • The goods are unused, in the same condition that you received them, and include all original packaging, labels, and any accessories or free items that came with the product.

The following types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (for example, items that deteriorate or expire quickly).

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods which, after delivery, are according to their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged, lost, or not delivered to us, and we may not be able to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received and approved, a gift voucher or coupon code will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the order was shipped to the gift giver who later gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
